Responsibility:1. Responsible for leading/driving the project team;2. Understands/executes the new project development in strictly accordance with WPD process on behalf of MFG;3. Serves as interface between internal team and the external team to coordinate/resolve both technical and MFG process issues;4. Works within the defined procedures in combination of the APQP process to successfully introduce the new projects;5. Identify potential project risks(DFX,PFMEA,CPM,etc) and make the containments through the escalation process;6. Manages the project cost,schedule,quality,other performances from the product scoping to the product production;7.May need to rotate to the production dep and handle other assignments according to the needs.Requirement:1. Bachelor degree or above with a certain mechanical background and engineering experience;2. At least 5 years work-related experience requried in a project management role;3. Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working realtionships with other functions and communicate skillfully in writen and oral English;4. Complete working knowledge of the product development and specific knowledge of the tool/method application at each gete of the new product introduction;5. Be a team leader with good management experience;6. PMP certification is preferable.
